As a licensed pharmacy, we are subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Your protected health information (PHI) — including prescription details, medical conditions, and treatment records — is handled in accordance with our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
HIPAA-protected information is handled separately from general consumer data and has additional protections that may supersede CCPA and GDPR requirements where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information.

Prescription records are retained in accordance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
